Newspaper clippings and issues, brochures, detached pages from magazines and catalogs, and personal papers. The bulk of the collection relates to Oregon history, primarily reflected in newspaper articles (bulk 1953-1955) and augmented by brochures from historical museums, societies, and houses. The collection also includes pages detached from: rare book catalogs of Americana; Think magazine (1957-1967); and a guide to antique stores in London, England. It also contains an envelope of Professor Fred Orville McMillan's personal papers (1930-1956), mostly annual appointment letters from Oregon State University and job-hunting correspondence from the 1930's.
